My first wedding of 2025 - Poole's wonderful Guildhall

A couple of weeks ago, I kicked off my 2025 season with a wedding at the brilliant Poole Guildhall, one of the best registry offices I have ever had the opportunity to work at.
The day belonged to Charlotte and Mike and was a full day's wedding coverage with my most popular package, the Sandbanks.
The day kicked off at Charlotte's parents' house (see above) before moving on to the extremely bright and sunny Guildhall - or, in fact, the ever popular Angel pub next door where Mike waited with his family.
It was such a great day in glorious Dorset coastal weather with the couple choosing to have their photos along the beautiful Market Street and a couple on Poole's magnificent quay.
As a Dorset wedding photographer I had many places across the county where I like to take photos of my happy couples, but few locations can deliver more than the glistening water on Poole Quay on a crisp sunny day (see last photo).
The festivities then went on to The Hamworthy Club in Canford Magna with a fantastic wedding breakfast and dancing going on late into the night. A wonderful start to my packed summer wedding season. I cannot wait for the next one.
